- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pine nuts or any other nuts/seeds
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- Olive oil to taste
- Balsamic vinegar to taste

Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes well and cut off the ends and cut into thin slices.
- Spread the tomatoes on a plate, top with nuts,& basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and dash ground pepper
