Instructions
  1. If using pulled chicken from the bone, skip to step 7.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Place in skillet, cook, turning once, until firm to the touch and meat is white through-out, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Once cool, shred chicken.
  7. In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, chili powder and cumin. Add diced pear and walnuts. Mix well
  8. Toss with chopped lettuce and serve!
