Instructions
  1. In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, 2 Tablespoons vinegar, garlic powder, dill and garlic.
  2. In a separate medium bowl add beans, onion, cilantro, cucumbers and carrots.
  3. Add dressing and toss. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes for more flavor.
  4. Mix together 2 Tablespoons of honey with 2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and pour over salad.
  5. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and serve.
