Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber peeled
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds chia seeds, flax, pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 1 inch fresh ginger peeled (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large handful fresh spinach
- 3/4 cups water more if needed

Instructions
- Wash and prepare ingredients.
- Add ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 45-60 seconds or until well blended.
