- 2 1/2 cups Spring Mix salad greens
- 10 Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
- Place salad greens in a large bowl.
- Add olives, nuts/seeds and cilantro.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with rosemary.
- Toss to combine all ingredients, and serve.
