  1. Peel the boiled eggs and cut in half
  2. Remove the yolks without breaking the whites. Add the yolks to a small bowl.
  3. Mix the yolks with the oil, chili and the lime until a smooth cream is formed.
  4. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit.
  5. Using a spoon scoop out the avocado.
  6. Gently mix the avocado with the egg cream.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
  8. Optional: Add cilantro to garnish.
