- 2 eggs hardboiled organic
- 1/2 avacado or 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil 30ml
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Peel the boiled eggs and cut in half
- Remove the yolks without breaking the whites. Add the yolks to a small bowl.
- Mix the yolks with the oil, chili and the lime until a smooth cream is formed.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit.
- Using a spoon scoop out the avocado.
- Gently mix the avocado with the egg cream.
- Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
- Optional: Add cilantro to garnish.
