Ingredients
- 8 oz plain, coconut yogurt can use plain, Greek style following challenge
- 1/2 cup walnuts or other nuts
- 1/2 cup mixed berries

Instructions
- Using a blender or food processor, process the nuts into a meal (20-30 seconds).
- Line the bottom of a cup or glass with 1/2 of the yogurt.
- Add 1/2 the nuts and berries on top of the yogurt.
- Add remaining yogurt. Top with remaining berries and nuts. Add cinnamon.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate then serve.
